What you’ll do:
* Offer a seamless check‑in experience and a warm farewell for departing guests
* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort, satisfaction, and safety
* Advise clients on suitable treatments and products within the clinic
* Upsell by introducing clients to additional or advanced in‑house treatments
* Take ownership of each client’s treatment journey and progression
* Carry out thorough consultations for every treatment type
* Perform a range of skin treatments, including Microneedling, Skin Rejuvenation, and many others
* Maintain professionalism at all times in a fast‑paced clinic environment
