What you will do:
Conduct timely and robust assessments for children identified as being at risk.
Develop and implement effective intervention plans with a clear focus on outcomes.
Collaborate closely with families and partner agencies to promote child safety and family well-being.
Prepare court documentation and attend legal proceedings as required.
Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports in line with statutory requirements.
Participate in team meetings, reflective practice, and relevant training sessions to ensure continuous development.
