Salary: £60,000 - 72,000 per year Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in complex environments
* Strong hands-on experience with Sage 50 and financial Workbooks
* Solid background in business systems analysis and transformation projects
* Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
* Experience contributing to or architecting new systems or system enhancements
* Good understanding of project management principles and delivery frameworks
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
* Experience working with and managing external suppliers
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Desirable:
* Experience working in finance-led or ERP-related transformation projects
* Familiarity with system integration and data migration initiatives
Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements across multiple stakeholders
* Work with finance and operational teams, ideally with strong involvement in Sage 50 and Workbooks
* Analyse existing business systems and processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
* Support the design and architecture of new systems and system integrations
* Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams and suppliers
* Actively support business transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives
* Provide project support, including planning, tracking, and delivery activities
* Manage and engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment
* Liaise with third-party vendors and manage supplier relationships, deliverables, and expectations
* Support testing, validation, and implementation of new systems and process changes

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of business system improvements across our organization. This role will focus on requirements gathering, systems transformation, and the design of new business solutions, working closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams. The position is based in Bristol with a hybrid work model of 50% in the office and 50% remote. We offer a competitive rate of up to £600 per day, outside of IR35, subject to assessment.
