Supply Teacher Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects, following school policies and curriculum guidelines. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can achieve their best. Manage behaviour effectively, maintaining high standards and expectations. Provide continuity of learning during staff absences and contribute to the life of the school where required. The Ideal Supply Teacher Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments. A flexible, positive approach and a passion for supporting students’ education.
