A 3rd Line Network Support Engineer to join a specialist engineering team delivering support on a highly secure government project. You'll play a vital role in maintaining, upgrading, and monitoring a large-scale enterprise network, ensuring availability and performance for critical services.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Working with Juniper devices, Citrix ADC (formerly Netscaler), and SolarWinds tools
* Supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure
* Conducting patch management and upgrades
* Monitoring network health and resolving incidents
* Contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in 3rd Line Network Support
* Experience using Junos SPACE
* Hands-on experience with Juniper, Citrix ADC, and SolarWinds
* Must currently hold or be eligible for DV Clearance

This role requires full-time attendance on-site in London. Remote or hybrid working is not available.
