In addition, the role will have the potential to involve rotation into the Cardiac Catheter Laboratories. You should be a 1stlevel RGN, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and hold ENB 998/Mentorship level 3 or equivalent. Four years post registration experience is desirable and at least two years’ experience at Band 5 with proven management and leadership skills and a Cardiac pathway qualification would be desirable. You will provide strong leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and support staff with clinical expertise.The successful applicants will be expected to function effectively under pressure without compromising basic standards of care and professionalism.
