WPRG have an opportunity for HGV Driver Class 1 Drivers to work on a temporary ongoing or temp to perm basis for our client based in Dagenham - Essex. Deliveries to various stores around the south of England in a class 1 vehicle Long distance driving Trunking No Handball Start times 3am Average 12 hours each shift Assessment is required (Theory Test and Short Drive) All drivers must be presented appropriately and require a good level of English skills due to the nature of the job. Monday - Friday / Weekend work (Saturday and or Sundays) Pay Rates (PAYE including holiday pay) for HGV Driver Class 1. Monday - Friday £17.81ph / Nights £19.53ph Saturday:£22.53 ph Sunday: £23.81 ph Bank Holiday: £28.95 ph Minimum 9hrs guaranteed pay per shift You must fulfil the following for this HGV Driver Class 1 position: Hold a Valid UK Driving Licence Holds a Digital tachograph card Holds a CPC card No more than 6 points for insurance reasons Valid UK class 1 licence You will need to do an onsite assessment before you can start.
