We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team at the Kings Treatment Centre, where we deliver a variety of outpatient services. The role involves assisting in the medicine outpatient department. The Kings Treatment Centre is a modern, hospital-based outpatient facility with spacious, state-of-the-art clinic suites. We provide specialist consultations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments for our patients.
The primary responsibility of the Outpatient Clinical Assistant is to deliver high-quality care to a designated group of patients, promote a positive patient experience, and collaborate with all members of the multidisciplinary team to achieve this. Qualifications and Skills:
* Have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care, or be willing to work towards this.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* Work flexibly within the department when required.
* Previous experience in a customer care role.
* Experience working within an outpatient setting.
