Position Overview
Social Care Worker role within South Lanarkshire Council, located in Meldrum Gardens, East Kilbride.
Hours & Salary
30 hours per week, permanent.
Salary: £33,239 - £34,209.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide care to older people, preferably in residential settings.
* Construct person‑centred support plans, implement, review, and evaluate their effectiveness.
* Contribute to assessment and review processes.
* Administer medicines as prescribed.
Qualifications & Experience
* SVQ Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
* Experience caring for older people and delivering personal care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
