What will do you do as the Head of Operations?
* Oversee the entire operations function from warehouse to supplier onboarding, managing performance, cost and efficiency
* Manage multi-channel fulfilment across ecommerce platforms
* Owns P&L accountability across supply chain, fulfilment and operations-related spend
* Manage 3 team members
* Analyse quantitative data and qualitative context to lead and execute business strategies
What do you need to be as Head of Operations?
* Worked within a startup business with T/O >£1M
* Experience managing a full P&L within an Operational role
* Managed a small team
* Worked for an ecommerce first business, within Wholesale or Retail
* Happy to be based in the office 5 days a week
