As a family-owned business, we manufacture performance door-sets and architectural hardware. With offices in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Nottingham and a 96,000 square foot manufacturing facility in North Wales, we have a UK-wide commercial presence.
Based in our East Kilbride office, we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our small but dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, processing monthly journal entries, and taking on growing responsibilities in the month-end reporting process.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment both as part of a team and independently. You will work closely with the finance team, departmental heads, and external stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience with accounting systems and contributing to continuous improvements in financial processes.
The role also offers exposure to multiple areas of accounting and provides an opportunity to develop into a more senior finance role.
Whether you're early in your accounting career or looking to take the next step, this role offers both challenges and opportunities within a supportive team environment.
This position is office-based with occasional travel to our other UK sites.
