Role & Responsibilities:
4. Produce actionable insights - Drive improvements in performance that contribute to strategic business outcomes, including new business growth, customer retention, customer service, operational efficiency, and brand engagement.
5. Digital marketing performance analysis - Analyse digital marketing performance, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive performance focusing on KPIs such as new customer acquisition, sales, and ROI.
6. Business Insight & Analysis – supporting with ad hoc data requests and larger analytical projects across the business, delivering BI and insights to support decision making.
7. Develop & maintain reports/dashboards - Create and manage digital performance reporting dashboards, building visualisations to enable efficient self-service reporting of digital analytics.
8. Optimise paid advertising – Enhance paid marketing by utilising data to optimise digital marketing spend and website performance.
9. Budget management - Ensure digital marketing budgets are maintained while delivering effective results
10. Collaboration with external agencie - Work with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of relevant and actionable insights.
11. Regular reporting - Design and deliver periodic reporting highlighting trends and monitoring KPIs.
12. Data Storytelling - Bring insights to life through the art of data storytelling, ensuring key messages land with stakeholders and leaving no room for ambiguity.
Skills & Experience:
13. Extensive experience in a similar Marketing Analyst role, ideally working in a e-commerce/retail (or fast-paced B2C environment)
14. Must pro-active, and confident in leading strategy and initiatives in line with business goals
15. SQL, GA4, Power BI, Snowflake etc.
16. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels – with experience in analysing performance
17. Delivering insights in to ROAS, ROI and CPA
18. Excellent understanding of success metrics across marketing channel
19. Excellent understanding of attribution
20. Experience with ecommerce analysis and conversion funnels.
