Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant required: Grade: One, SCP’s 2 to 3 Salary: £12.65 to £12.85 per hour (dependent on experience) 6.25 hours per week-Term Time only, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent Start Date : As soon as possible Dawley C of E Primary Academy Doseley Road North, Dawley, Telford TF4 3AL Dawley C of E Primary Academy (part of St Chad’s Academies Trust) is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic, adaptable Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join this bustling Academy. Purpose of the job: To supervise children during the lunch break to ensure their safety and welfare during this time. The line manager will be the Senior Lunchtime supervisor. If you are an effective, highly efficient individual who would be interested in joining our Church of England academy, who can think creatively, has a proven track record of working in a school we would encourage you to apply. Applications from candidates with other suitable skills from other industries would also be encouraged. Duties typically include: Supervising the children during their lunch break. This will include all relevant indoor and outdoor areas that children occupy during the break. To monitor the children whilst they eat their lunch and be a strong advocate of good table manners. To monitor the children whilst they move out of the dining hall for the remainder of the lunch break to ensure safe play activities.
