Job: Store Crew Location: Oxford Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (8 hours - Sunday & Thursdays)

Role Overview

You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You genuinely care about our customers' needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist them effectively.

Role Responsibilities

* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, leveraging your product knowledge to assist customers in-store and across channels.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Adhere to all FatFace policies and GDPR procedures.

Experience

* Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

* Confidence to work independently.
* Team-oriented mindset.
* Effective time management skills.
