This is a full-time and permanent role with a salary of up to £55k DOE. This role is onsite 4 days per week in a rural location just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon so you will need to drive. You will be working in a beautiful barn conversion near Stratford upon Avon, so you will need a car to access the office. Our client has just started working more hybrid and they love the blend of collaboration and time at home.
The Role
As the Ecomm Manager, your role will be to drive growth and enhance the performance of the e-commerce channels across 3 core brands (with stunning products). By optimising their online presence and customer experience, you will ensure the brand wows audiences and achieves commercial success. This role will report to the Head of Ecommerce and will work with a broader marketing and digital team. You will take ownership of managing and improving the ecommerce platforms to deliver seamless and engaging customer journeys. About you:
* Experience working with brands and currently in a similar ecomm or digital marketing role
* Experience in managing a product-led brand website and optmisation of ecomm platforms
* Experience in managing or mentoring a junior, as you will be managing a Digital Executive, providing clear direction and support
* Experience in executing digital campaigns (hands-on)
* Advising the web team on web builds, ensuring on-time delivery and improved and effective functionality
* Oversee Conversion Rate Optimisation initiatives to enhance user experience and drive sales
* Monitor and analyse performance data and use this insight to feed into strategy and make recommendations
* A passion for the ecomm and brand space and ensuring you are keeping up to date with the latest trends
* A passion for growth and able to spot opportunities and feed this into the team
* Happy working in a rural location and being on-site 4 days per week
