Location: Northwich, CW8
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: £24.50 per hour + Paid Breaks | Equivalent to £50,960 per annum

What You'll Be Doing as a Clinical Deputy Manager
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of care and clinical excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
5. Leading and motivating the care team to deliver person-centred care
6. Overseeing care planning and clinical assessments
7. Supporting staff development and fostering a positive team culture
8. Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
9. Ensuring full compliance with CQC and best practice standards
What We're Looking For in our Clinical Deputy Manager:
10. A valid NMC PIN
11. Proven experience in elderly and dementia care
12. Strong leadership and clinical skills
13. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
