Are you ready to shape how Arla delivers sustainable, profitable growth - optimising price, promo, pack architecture and channels across categories and customers?Youll embed NRM thinking into everyday decisions and deliver tangible P&L impact - translating data into clear actions that create value for Arla, our customers and shoppersHow You Will Make an ImpactYou will sit at the heart of Customer Development, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category to identify opportunities, embed NRM principles and deliver a pipeline of initiatives from idea to execution. Your work will improve price realisation, trade investment efficiency and overall business performance - driving a triple-win for Arla, our customers and shoppers.Embed NRM thinking into category, brand and customer plans to influence day-to-day decisions.Shape pricing strategies across brands and categories to improve price realisation.Improve promotional effectiveness, refining strategies with a focus on ROI and shopper impact.Build and optimise pack-price architecture aligned to shopper needs and channel roles.Prioritise and sequence initiatives by channel and customer, owning delivery from business case to execution.This role sits within Customer Development and works cross-functionally to shape the NRM agenda across the UK business.What Will Make You SuccessfulYou will bring experience in Category, Sales, Finance or broader commercial roles, with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights and robust business cases.You will understand promotional ROI and retailer dynamics, manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders at all levels. You will be comfortable in Excel and Power BI (SAP experience preferred), with familiarity with Nielsen/Kantar an advantage.As a confident communicator and collaborative partner, you will embed NRM ways of working, lead initiative delivery end-to-end and create measurable value across brands, customers and channels.
