We are looking for aMaintenance Project Manager (Mechanical Bias) to lead the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance services, as well as manage small works projects across a range of commercial and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical background, excellent client-facing abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in a dynamic M+E environment.

Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Management
Lead the delivery ofPlanned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of client sites.
Oversee a team of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring top-tier workmanship and adherence to compliance standards.
Ensure full compliance with statutory health & safety regulations and company policies.
Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and urgent maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Small Works & Project Delivery
Manage and deliver mechanical-focused small works and minor project installations (e.g., HVAC replacements, pipework upgrades, plant room modifications).
Develop detailed estimates, scopes of work, and project timelines .
Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and control project costs, quality standards, and deadlines to ensure successful outcomes.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.
Provide regular progress updates and detailed reports to clients and senior management.
Lead client meetings and site visits, offering expert advice and ensuring project alignment.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and mentor engineers and junior team members, fostering their growth and maintaining high performance standards.
Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and performance reviews to ensure efficient operation.
Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and receive necessary training to maintain compliance and quality.
