Project Manager – Estates & Infrastructure- DV Security Cleared
Project Manager, ideally with current DV Security Clearance is needed to support our central government client to lead the delivery of complex estates, engineering and security-related projects within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
The Project Manager will need operate with minimal supervision, managing multiple concurrent projects and delivering against tight timescales, strict budgets, and high governance standards.
Project Manager – Estates & Infrastructure- DV Security Cleared- Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium complexity projects (up to c.£5m value)
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, GANTT charts and reporting packs
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting
• Implement robust risk, issue and change control processes
• Chair and contribute to governance meetings and stakeholder boards
• Produce highlight reports, checkpoint updates and escalation documentation
• Manage suppliers and third-party contractors, including NEC4 or equivalent construction contracts where required
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements including CDM 2015 regulations
• Support bid and proposal activity for new project opportunities
• Maintain high levels of stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction
