About Us: We are a vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school located in the heart of King's Lynn. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.
Working hours
Working hours: 08.30 to 15.30, Monday to Friday and Term-Time Only
Start date
Start date: April/May 2025, dependent on your availability
Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality early years education.
* Assist in planning and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor and record children's progress and development.
* Provide individual and group support to children as needed.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other staff members.
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Previous experience working in an early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
