Salary: £61,294 - £75,367 per annum

About The Role
As a key member of our Strategic Leadership Team, you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge, research-informed pedagogical strategies that elevate teaching standards and student outcomes across the college. You’ll be at the forefront of quality assurance, improvement, and development—ensuring every student and apprentice receives an outstanding, inclusive, and empowering educational experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead college-wide strategies for pedagogy, quality of education, and student experience.
* Drive innovation through research-informed teaching and learning practices.
* Oversee quality assurance processes, including internal reviews, audits, and CPD.
* Champion digital learning and the integration of new technologies.
* Lead the College’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategy.
* Collaborate with curriculum leaders to align teaching with student-centred principles.
* Contribute to Ofsted readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
We’re looking for a dynamic, resilient, and inclusive leader who:
* Holds a professional teaching qualification and relevant management credentials.
* Has a proven track record of improving student outcomes and leading quality initiatives.
* Demonstrates strategic thinking, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Is passionate about empowering staff and students to achieve their full potential.
* Brings experience in digital strategy, EDI, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* Professional teaching qualification
* Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
* Management qualification
* Extensive leadership experience in quality assurance and curriculum development
Desirable:
* Degree or Level 6 qualification
* Experience with Ofsted inspections and SAR processes
