CHEF DE PARTIE Are you a foodie chef, do you love getting whole animals at the back door, ready to create menus based on the animal? Do you have good butchery skills and a passion for produce? This kitchen is ideal for a foodie chef de partie who loves produce. If you dream about the produce at night, this is perfect for you.
Role
We are looking for a chef de partie. You will set up one of the sections in the kitchen, prep your fridge for service and ensure your area is ready. You will write the prep list for the next day. This role uses fresh food and will include all the standard chef de partie duties.
Experience / Qualifications
* From a fresh food background with good knife skills
* Experience with meats and Norfolk produce
* Some butchery skills; must be comfortable with whole animals that appear at the back door for the menu
Details
* Salary: £32K + Tips + 45hrs per week
* Alternative salary reference: £31,000 – £32,000 + tips
* Gastro pub style
