THE ROLE
This is a newly created role for someone who knows how to turn strong inbound demand into a well-run, high-value sponsorship programme.
You’ll take ownership of sponsorships across a large, established personal brand in the performance marketing space. The audience is global, engaged, and highly attractive to software and SaaS businesses — and sponsor interest is already coming in regularly. You'll be responsible for;
1. Owning all inbound sponsorship enquiries and partner conversations
2. Leading negotiations on rates, scope and deliverables
3. Structuring sponsored integrations across long-form YouTube and social content
4. Advising on messaging and format to balance performance with brand integrity
5. Briefing the founder clearly on what’s agreed and what’s going live
6. Coordinating with editors and designers to deliver sponsored segments on time
YOU
This is a role for someone who’s comfortable saying no, pushing back, and protecting long-term value. You'll ideally come from an influencer or creator management background or a partnerships or sponsorships role and you'll be confident in;
7. Negotiating sponsorship deals
8. Strong commercial judgement
9. An understanding of how sponsored content should work for both brand and audience
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
