Responsibilities
* Accurately processing orders and enquiries in a timely manner.
* Reviewing and checking order details to ensure all information is correct and compliant.
* Managing shared mailboxes and ticket workflows, responding to partner queries quickly and professionally.
* Communicating with partners via phone and email, providing updates on order progress and resolving any queries.
* Keeping up to date with product and service knowledge to confidently support small order requests.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to ensure they are engaged and informed.
* Collaborating with colleagues, supporting the wider team, and escalating issues when required.
