About the Role: As a Healthcare Assistant at Admiral Healthcare Limited, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, and offering companionship and support. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering high-quality care with kindness and compassion - Assisting clients with personal care tasks - Providing companionship and emotional support - Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times Requirements: - Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is desirable but not essential - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Punctuality and reliability are essential Working Hours: Morning/Day Shifts: Average of 16 hours per week (7am onwards), plus alternate weekends. Evening Shifts: Average of 16 hours per week (4pm - 10pm), plus alternate weekends. Availability outside these times may be considered.
