They’re now looking for an Account Manager in Norwich, to join the team in a broad, client‑facing role.
The Role
This is a generalist position where youll sit at the centre of client relationships and internal delivery, working across a mix of brand, creative and digital projects. Youll be involved in:
* Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
* Overseeing projects from brief through to delivery
* Coordinating internal teams across strategy, creative and development
* Supporting the delivery of campaigns, websites and brand projects
* Ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard
What Were Looking For
* Experience in an agency environment (brand, creative or digital)
* Comfortable working across multiple service lines, not just one niche
* Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
* Able to manage projects end‑to‑end
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
