Location: Wakefield – Hybrid with some National travel
Full-Time – 40 hrs
Salary £45,000 - £47,000 plus bonus

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the go-to person for all people-related matters, working closely with line managers and colleagues across the business. From employee relations and onboarding to training delivery and policy development, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

1. Supporting core HR functions, including employee communications, training, and administration
