The Opportunity:
Demonstrating a customer focused attitude to provide support to the sales team, to facilitate raising quotes, order processing and any other admin duties to enable the wider team to focus on achieving the sales targets. As the sales team expands, this role will evolve and likely include other admin duties.
Responsibilities:
* Processing any incoming sales enquiries as appropriate
* Creating/ managing / editing SLAs as required
* Processing sales orders including updating customers
* Supporting all other sales/ops handovers ensuring all necessary information is present
* Setting up new and managing existing customer accounts on Syrinx
* Looking after sales@ inbox including web enquiries
* Downloading and collating relevant information for tenders, filling out as many answers as possible and escalating technical/ commercial to business development team.
* Attending sales meetings, writing up notes and tracking any actions agreed
* Compiling proposals for sales team
* Updating hubspot with new deals and any relevant information
* Dealing with suppliers to obtain quotes
* Collating information/ rates and using/ creating excel tools for project proposals
* Resolving invoice queries
Required Experience and Skills:
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Solid organisational and time management skills
* A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all sales processes and customer interactions.
* Good IT skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
About you:
* Customer focused will be critical to success, particularly in challenging situations
* Able to work closely with, and support the sales team including the sales director.
* Being organised to ensure all relevant information is handed over correctly to the operations team, to deliver on the products / services the customer has been sold.
* Comfortable on the phone with customers.
* Have enough understanding of the range of products / services we can offer to raise all types of quotes and pick up/ challenge items that the business development team may have overlooked.

* Familiar with Microsoft outlook, powerpoint, word and in particular excel.

Location: The position is mostly office-based in Bournemouth (BH23), England with the occasional travel.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours
