What You'll Be Doing Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons, tailored to the national curriculum and student needs. Support students' progress and encourage creativity and self-expression. Foster a learning environment that inspires artistic achievement and confidence. Monitor and evaluate assessment and feedback in line with school policy. Maintain discipline and promote high standards of behaviour and work. Use classroom resources effectively to enhance learning outcomes. Track student attainment and progress using departmental systems. Provide constructive written and verbal feedback to support student growth. What We're Looking For Experience teaching Art across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable). A valid teaching qualification and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one). The right to work in the UK.
