Role Responsibilities
* Advising customers on finance and insurance products while ensuring full regulatory compliance
* Building rapport quickly and recommending suitable products based on customer needs
* Monitoring F&I performance against budget and taking action to address shortfalls
* Supporting management with planning, forecasting, and dealership strategy
* Coaching and developing the sales team to achieve business objectives
* Tracking performance, analysing results, and providing regular updates to the General Manager
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Retail Manager within the automotive industry
* Strong customer‑facing, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Professional, honest, and solutions‑focused approach
* Full, clean UK driving licence
