ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Community Hub Administrator to be a part of a major project within the UK
Provide administrative support to enable the effective management and running of the Euston Community Hub and of community engagement activities taking place within the hub and elsewhere across the Euston campus.
The Role:
* Provide administrative support to facilitate the management and co-ordination of activities taking place in the Euston Community Hub.
* Prepare briefing packs, meeting papers and all other documentation, and take minutes and action notes as required. Follow up and coordinate agreed actions and responses as required, so that community and partner meetings run smoothly.
* File all documentation effectively to enable ease of access as required.
* Support the Hub Manager in managing the hub budget.
* Lead in the collection of monitoring data in relation to community engagement and social value activities taking place in the Euston Community Hub and across the campus.
* Manage projects as assigned through to completion.
* Undertake other administrative tasks for the Community Hub as directed
Requirements:
* Computer and IT skills – including full use of MS Office suite or equivalent
* Organisational skills - with the ability to prioritise, allocate and organise appointments and meetings in a logical manner.
* Meeting management skills - prepare appropriate documentation for meetings and produce clear, understandable and grammatically correct minutes and documents.
* Project management skills - Ability to take on projects from beginning to end, to ensure effective management of the Euston Community Hub.
* Relationship building skills - with the ability to meet and manage visitors to Euston Community Hub.
* Problem solving skills – the ability to and dealing with ad-hoc issues whilst also being able to work to specific procedures or protocols
