Ensure the accurate, timely, and legible completion of paperwork and reports to support audit and compliance activities.
Support the preparation and submission of data to external accreditation and regulatory bodies, including NSI, BAFE, ISO, and CHAS.
Provide guidance and support regarding relevant standards and compliance requirements operated within the business.
Assist with group-wide accident and incident reporting, ensuring appropriate evidence and records are maintained.
Maintain statistics, KPI data, and compliance metrics, contributing to board reports and management information where required.
Manage personal workload effectively, planning and prioritising tasks to meet business and compliance deadlines.
Complete all training and development activities identified to support the role and ongoing professional growth.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to provide advice on SHEQ and technical compliance matters, escalating issues where appropriate.
Support compliance-related enquiries associated with company properties as required.
Liaise with external contractors and service providers in relation to office maintenance, facilities management, and estates-related matters, including post, visitors, and welfare facilities.
