Role Objective
The Head of Business Development will lead the strategic growth of the organisation by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue by securing new business opportunities across both Holt and Agile’s service offerings. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in business development, preferably within healthcare, who can inspire and work with a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Define and execute the business development strategy aligned with organisational goals.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
* Utilise market knowldge and connections to create opportunities
* Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, service offerings, and growth initiatives.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
* Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers (including C-suite).
* Ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Team Management
* Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to achieve targets.
* Set clear KPIs and monitor performance, providing coaching and support where needed.
Market Insights & Innovation
* Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory changes impacting the sector.
* Identify opportunities for diversification and service innovation.
Reporting & Analysis
* Provide regular reports to the CEO and Director of Clients on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence.

Qualifications & Experience
