Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEMH needs in a Secondary school setting, assisting with their academic, emotional, and social development. Work closely with the class teacher to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential. Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being through therapeutic and holistic approaches.
