Job Description: Shop Manager
Starting full-time salary £23,581.58 a year (£12.96 per hour). Location: Walthamstow, London, E17 7JN.

The role
Permanent, 35 hours. Scope’s 210 High Street, Walthamstow, London, E17 7JN.
As Shop Manager of Scope’s Walthamstow shop, you’ll have autonomy to run your shop using your creativity to flourish in our retail environment. Roles are varied: generating and processing stock, designing an eye-catching window display, recruiting and training volunteers, and handling daily challenges. You will have relevant retail experience, and a great attitude and willingness to learn are important.

Working in our shops
Our shops are the face of our retail brand, run by a dedicated, creative and passionate team. Focusing on sustainable fashion, engaging with local communities and leading our volunteers to deliver a great colleague and customer experience, we raise funds to deliver an Equal Future for disabled people and their families.
Shop hours
Scope Charity Shops are open every day, so some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Full-time hours are 35 hours a week, five days out of seven. Part-time weekly hours are on a seven-day rota.
