Purpose of the Role The role is a Junior Test Engineer / Test Development Engineer position that sits between the design engineering and production testing functions. The primary purpose is to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of electronic test systems used to verify and calibrate the company's audio communication products. Key objectives of the role include: * Supporting the development of production test equipment and test procedures for electronic products. * Investigating test failures and analysing test data to identify root causes. * Maintaining and troubleshooting test fixtures and equipment used by manufacturing sites, including remote support for overseas facilities. * Assisting with calibration activities and ensuring test systems remain operational and accurate. * Supporting new product introductions by helping develop and validate test solutions for new headset products. * Acting as a bridge between manufacturing, testing, and product design teams. * Providing hands-on support for product servicing and testing activities when required.
