Job purpose
The Account Executive, ES, is responsible for generating sales revenue by engaging with prospective customers within a territory. The role involves promoting core products, maintaining current accounts, educating the market, and establishing partnerships with representatives supplying non-competitive products. The goal is to achieve a 10% annual increase in market share.

Territory - New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine
Duties and responsibilities
* Drive sales revenue and market share within the territory.
* Develop new business methods and pursue new opportunities.
* Implement strategic plans to increase market share by 10% annually.
* Lead clinical demonstrations for target accounts and close sales.
* Coordinate with Clinical Sales Specialists for pre-demo processes.
* Nurture existing customer relationships through routine interactions.
* Build relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
* Train customers on equipment use and reprocessing techniques.
* Support VIP customers as directed.
* Collaborate with Product Development on clinical evaluations.
* Report regularly to supervisors and provide sales forecasts.
* Attend trade shows and adhere to safety policies.
Other
* Comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and other legal standards.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should have:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field plus 3-5 years of sales experience.
* Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and email applications.
* Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
* Ability to produce accurate reports and prioritize customer needs.
Physical requirements
* Sitting, standing, and hearing capabilities for most of the workday.
* Ability to lift 25-50 pounds as needed.
Travel
* Travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays up to 50%.
