A bit about us:
We are a privately owned public house, 8 miles outside of Brighton, situated in the South Downs National Park. The pub has four bed & breakfast rooms is based in a semi rural location within Mid Sussex, own transport is therefore essential for this position.
Sous chef - duties would include:
Planning how the food is presented on the plate
Management of kitchen rota
Organising the kitchen
Organising and sourcing for best & most cost effective local products
Ensure that all food that goes to the customer is of the best quality to maintain high standards
Checking the cleanliness of the kitchen environment
