Key Responsibilities
As Night Manager, you'll oversee the hotel's operation throughout the night shift and ensure the highest standards of service and safety are maintained.
* Lead the night team and ensure duties are completed to a high standard
* Oversee overnight operations including front desk, security, housekeeping and maintenance
* Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
* Manage emergency situations and contact the appropriate authorities if required
* Complete nightly audits and prepare reports for senior management
* Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
* Monitor overnight budgets and record expenses accurately
* Work with other departments to resolve any operational issues
* Provide guidance and training to the overnight team
* Maintain clear records of overnight activities and incidents
