Overview:
To ensure the highest standards of guest service and care are maintained at all times within the Lounge & Bar.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the bar areas are correctly prepared for service.
2. Serve all beverages to the required standards, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
3. Be aware of all duties related to the role of a bar person, referring to the function details, and carry out these duties to the required standards.
4. Assist the Lounge and Terrace with food orders and ensure smooth service.
5. Have a good knowledge of the history, services, and facilities of the hotel, and ensure all staff are similarly informed.
6. Handle customer complaints efficiently and satisfactorily, and prevent complaints by maintaining consistent, attentive, and timely customer service.
