We are currently looking for a
passionate Pastry Senior Sous Chef,
to join our Winter Garden Kitchen on
a permanent basis, with an immediate
start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our
guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings

As a Pastry Senior Sous Chef, your main duties and expectations for the
role will include:

To assist the Pastry Head Chef in lead and work as
part of a team to support and manage Pastry Kitchen
·
Understand the style of pastry/bakery required in
for the department which is to complement the restaurant and hotel style.
·
Ensure your team are fully trained to be able to
complete their duties on a daily basis.
·
Conduct any required training and ensure that
relevant documentation is complete.
·
Take ownership for the pastry kitchen in the absence
of Pastry Head Chef.
·
You must demonstrate relevant management experience
gained within deluxe property/hotel.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to
fulfil their duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
