Job Description:

The role of Reducing Restrictive Practice Lead (RMN) involves working as an autonomous practitioner providing advanced expert clinical nursing practice in relation to reducing Restrictive Practice.

This position requires a senior clinician with demonstrable experience at a senior level who can provide expert advice regarding service users with highly complex needs.
">
The postholder will be responsible for leading and developing a least restrictive, person-centred culture, evidenced-based practice and for setting, maintaining and developing professional standards for nurses.
">
Key responsibilities include managing the Positive and Safe team, providing supervision and management support to the reducing restrictive practice practitioner, and investigating serious incidents to ensure relevant lessons are learnt.
">
The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager and Clinical Director to deliver on key company priorities, including reducing restrictive practices such as restraint, rapid tranquilisation, enhanced observations and blanket restrictions.
