Human Resources Project Lead
Location: Co. Fermanagh
Salary: £35,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
The Role
We are recruiting a Human Resources Project Lead to support the successful delivery and integration of new HR systems. This role will work across key HR functions including employee compliance, recruitment, learning and development, time management, and payroll.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the wider project team to define HR system requirements, ensure accurate data management, and drive process improvements that align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define system requirements and support customisation.
* Prepare scope documents to meet HR requirements and assist with go-live processes.
* Design and implement HR system reports to meet data reporting and regulatory needs.
* Provide data-driven insights to support HR strategy and decision-making.
* Monitor and resolve HR data anomalies, outliers, and quality issues.
* Support HR system updates, integrations, and process automation.
* Contribute to HR project initiatives, including system implementations and process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy, audits, and regulatory reporting standards.
* Deliver training and guidance to HR stakeholders to maximise system utilisation.
* Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a HR environment with strong expertise in HR systems.
* Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, L&D, time management, and payroll.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, KPIs, and employment law across UK, Northern Ireland, and ROI.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from HR data.
* Familiarity with HR data structures and reporting requirements.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
* Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent HR qualifications/experience.
