Night Shift Supervisor – Manufacturing Location: Dudley Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:00am Pay Rate: £18.13 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance) Contract: Ongoing We are recruiting on behalf of a well established manufacturing business in the Dudley area for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead and support production teams during night operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity and team performance across the shift, while ensuring output targets are achieved and customer orders are delivered on time and in full. The Role Reporting into the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities on the night shift, providing hands on leadership to the shop floor team.
