Responsibilities
* Manage the front desk operations, including greeting patients and answering phone calls.
* Schedule appointments and confirm patient bookings.
* Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
* Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims efficiently.
* Provide information to patients regarding treatments and fees.
* Coordinate communications between the clinical team and patients.
* Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organised.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a dental receptionist or similar role.
* Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.

* Proficient in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
