FIRM: A well-regarded Top 50 law firm in Bristol with international reach is looking to expand their L500-rated Commercial team by hiring a Commercial Technology Solicitor/Associate.
BACKGROUND: The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-focused contracts, advising clients on business-to-business and business-to-consumer arrangements. Responsibilities include advising on non-contentious commercial transactions in sectors such as technology, retail, leisure, manufacturing, food and drink, and transport. The role also involves advising on IP/brand protection and production/distribution.
