Pay and Benefits:
* A starting salary of £27,955, moving to £36,261 after 3 years along with an annual company bonus scheme

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 (office based role)
* 1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00 - 16:00 - Over time available (paid at time and a half) or a day in lieu (subject to availability)

What will you be doing?
* Selling First Response and building relationships with dealers (predominantly via phone with the addition of WhatsApp) to win business for FRF.
* Managing a geographical territory of dealer partners with the view of supporting the wider dealer direct goal of achieving 1,500 proposing dealers per month.
* Working closely with all other areas of the business. In particular:
o The Marketing team, who you will work alongside to prospect dealers.
o The Underwriting teams to feedback on our product.
* Commit to feeding back market intelligence into the business and ensuring we take appropriate action to ensure we remain relevant in our market.
* Endeavour to ensure our dealer partners observe the correct standards of market conduct and treat our mutual customers fairly.
* Deliver a high level of customer service to both our dealer partners and customers on outbound and inbound communications.

* Can identify and deal with any conflicts positively and objectively.
* Being up to date with market intelligence and utilising this knowledge to better improve service and product offering.
