Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Regional Sales Manager covering the midlands area, from west wales to east anglia. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating tailored sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving defined sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
* Strong technical background and or experience in the power transmission market
* Strong skills in Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Client Retention
* Experience in Market Research, Analysis, and Competitive Benchmarking
* Effective Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment
* Experience of using CRM systems
* Familiarity with the power transmission products and manufacturing industry is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
