Location: Aylesbury
Salary: Up to c£40,000 (depending on skills / experience)

We're working with a rapidly growing provider of logistics services, boasting an impressive and expanding portfolio of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that prioritises its people and fosters a fantastic culture of empowerment and teamwork.
This role has opened up due to a well-deserved internal promotion, reflecting our client's commitment to career development. You'll be joining a small, close-knit, and supportive Client Services team, working alongside another Account Manager and reporting directly to the Client Services Manager.
What you'll be doing:
You'll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and smooth operations. This means:
Building client relationships: Becoming their trusted point of contact.
Operational support: Processing orders, managing deliveries, invoicing, and liaising with clients on stock and tracking.
Kitting coordination: Organising and costing kitting jobs with the warehouse team.
Team collaboration: Working closely with onsite teams and colleagues to meet deadlines.
Contributing to growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling.
What you'll bring:
Solid customer service or client-facing experience.
Ideally previous experience gained in, or knowledge of, logistics / warehouse operations.
A strong desire to learn the ins and outs of account management and logistics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
A proactive, problem-solving approach.
Strong technical abilities and IT skills
