You'll play a key part in the scheduling team, ensuring continuity and quality of care for our clients while supporting the care professionals. The role is fast-paced and requires someone calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimise client and care professional schedules Respond to last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently Visit clients for assessments, reviews, and quality checks Work closely with the Care Manager and recruitment team Support in delivering training and participate in the on-call rota Maintain accurate records using the care management software Ensure compliance with internal policies and external care standards
